As part of your PPO medical benefits, SISC is providing free Centivo Care access for you and your adult dependents. With the Centivo Care app, you have access to a dedicated virtual care team that cares for your total health and supports your ongoing care needs.

We’re here to answer health questions, diagnose and treat ongoing conditions, fill prescriptions and more, all without having to leave the house. It’s that easy.

  • Centivo Care is available to members 18+ enrolled on an active or <65 SISC Anthem or Blue Shield PPO Plan at no cost. HSA members are not eligible for this benefit.

  • As part of your SISC PPO medical coverage, you have full access to Centivo Care at no cost.

  • SISC is providing Centivo Care access to eligible SISC members at no cost. If you need care from an outside provider, Centivo Care will work with you to find referrals to labs and specialists that are in-network with your specific plan.

  • All protected health information is encrypted while at rest using current industry standard encryption. As a healthcare practice, Centivo Care is a covered entity under The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”).

  • You can chat with your care team via the Centivo Care app. Use the app to ask questions like:

    i. What should I do for this cough?
    ii. What is this rash I have?
    iii. What is the best specialist I can see near me to treat my heartburn?
    iv. Can you help me understand my cancer screening options?
    v. And more!

  • No personal health information is shared with your employer without your consent, ever. It’s all confidential.
